ILM/CMI Level 5 Award in Coaching & Mentoring

The Level 5 Award in Coaching and Mentoring is delivered in 5 days, spaced over a 3 month period. The training programme aims to provide practising managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as coaches or mentors as part of their normal work role. In addition, the Diploma aims to equip participants seeking to move into a development role within their organisations or to freelance as a management coach or mentor.

Participant Profile:

The CMI programme does not require evidence of formal hours of coaching. The ILM Certificate programme requires 12 hours of practical coaching and mentoring. The ILM Diploma covers the same material and assignments for the Certificate, but requires 100 hours of practical coaching and mentoring. The ILM Diploma is, therefore, best suited to those people for whom coaching and mentoring forms a very significant part of their regular activity.

Award – £1,495 / Certificate – £1,795 / Diploma – £2,295  (ex. VAT per person)
