ILM/CMI Level 3 Award in Coaching & Mentoring
The Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring is delivered in 3 days, spaced over a 3 month period. The training programme aims to provide practising and potential team leaders and first line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role.

CMI Award – £995 / ILM Award – £1,295 ex. VAT per person)

Programme Aim:
The programme aims to add value to the individual and the organisation. For the individual, the programme aims to increase personal effectiveness as a coach, mentor, role model and leader. For the organisation, the programme aims to create a confident, effective and highly qualified executive coach and mentor that will enable the organisation to develop the talent and potential of their existing and future leaders and senior managers.
Participate Profile:
The CMI programme does not require evidence of formal hours of coaching. The ILM Award programme requires 6 hours of practical coaching and mentoring.
