Our Level 5 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are designed for middle managers and aspiring senior managers, to help to develop their coaching and mentoring skills, allowing them to use a coaching style of management in the workplace. The Level 5 qualification focuses on helping managers to identify the links between management coaching and mentoring, and it’s contribution to the achievement of organisational goals. Coaching and mentoring is an essential skill for effective leaders. It is fundamental to developing employees and creating a high performance culture and enthusiastic committed people. Effective use of coaching tools and techniques play an enormous part in achieving this aim. We offer qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
