Overview
Our Level 3 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are designed for first line managers to help to develop their coaching and mentoring skills, allowing them to use a coaching style of management in the workplace. Coaching and mentoring is an essential skill for effective leaders. It is fundamental to developing employees and creating a high performance culture and enthusiastic committed people. Effective use of coaching tools and techniques play an enormous part in achieving this aim. We offer qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Assessment
Worthlearning is a centre for ILM qualifications. Assessment for the Level 3 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring consists of practical, work-based assignments.
This allows candidates to undertake assignments that are relevant within the context of their own organisation.
